We keep the site truthful, but details like prices, hours and availability can change before the page does. The figure or time you rely on is always the one confirmed with us directly.
❧Individual arrangements
Every engagement is confirmed case by case — what will be done, by when and for how much. The site describes what we do; the agreement is made directly.
❧Limits of responsibility
We are responsible for this site's content to the extent the law requires, and no further. We are not liable for external sites we link to, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here.
❧Updates
We may update these terms as the business changes; the version published here is the one in force. Material changes will be visible on this page.
❧Jurisdiction
The law of the place where Smart Willow Works is established applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from the use of this site.
❧How engagements are agreed
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance on its own. A scope, timeline and fee are put in writing once we have talked, and the engagement starts only once both sides confirm it. Prices shown for the Strategy Sprint, Operations Review and Decision Workshop are starting figures for a typical case; the confirmed quote is the one that governs.
❧Cancellation and rescheduling
Workshops and on-site days can be rescheduled with reasonable notice at no charge. Late cancellation — inside the notice period agreed at booking — may be billed in part to cover the time held for you, as set out in the individual engagement letter rather than here.
❧Confidentiality
Anything you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of that engagement. We do not name clients or describe their situation publicly without asking first.
❧Governing language
This site and these terms are published in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version controls in case of any difference.
❧Referrals and third-party tools
Where the site links to a third party — a scheduling tool, a payment processor, or a reference we cite in an article — that third party’s own terms apply once you leave this site. We choose the tools we link to carefully, but we do not control how they operate, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter with them.
❧Intellectual property in deliverables
Reports, workshop materials and documents produced during a paid engagement belong to the client once the engagement is invoiced in full, unless the engagement letter says otherwise. Templates, frameworks and methods we bring to the work — developed across many engagements, not created for any one client — remain ours, and clients are free to keep using the copy they were given.
❧Severability
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply in full. We would rather fix the wording than let a technicality void the whole page, and any replacement wording will aim to reflect the original intent as closely as the law allows.
